My car recently broke down and I was unable to drive it to Alabama. Left with no option, I took a flight back home and hired AmPm Auto Transport. These people are friendly to a great extent and were polite enough. The staff are courteous and promptly took the address down despite being an odd time of the day. I was kept updated throughout and they dropped my car at the desired location intact. Highly professional and reliable enough. Also, the car was handled with great care and there was not even a single scratch or signs of damage on the car! The pricing is below the market rates and the services these people offer are unparalleled! They catered to all my personal needs and request and worked promptly based on the same. Shipping a car is a bit of a headache and prior to finding ampm I spoke to many reps from different car shipping companies. Arthur sounded very reliable. He was able to find a driver that matched my route in a few hours. The pricing was similar to other companies I've seen so they don't overcharge. Easy, convenient, basically door-to-door service. Besides being shipped dirty, the car got no other issue upon arrival.

he first thing I did was to checking to see which company had he lowest price in the industry. My sale rep at ampm quoted me a price of $875.00. So I called them an they said they can do it according to my time-frame (Pick up next day, Delivery in 4 days). I was very happy with my deal. Pickup was scheduled at Thursday afternoon and delivery on Monday morning. Got a call from their office on Wednesday that they were changing the deposit of $125.00 as agreed. No call from the driver, he showed at front of my house at 5 PM, Luckily I was home, Picked up the car. Delivery was scheduled on Monday morning at 8am, I was very happy to have my car drive to work. He said he will call me few hours prior. NO CALL. I called him Monday 7:30 am. He said he will be late but he didn't tell the exact deliver time, I was so disappointed, so took an Uber to go to work. Then driver called to say he would be at 3 pm but I was not able to take the lunch to meet the driver. so told him to drop my car at their lot, so I would go there and pick it up. Went there at 7 PM after work inspected it even though it was extremely dirty. I wish they would be able to provide the exact dates, or at least let the customers know about the delay.

I was shipping a project antique truck over 1200 miles and needed help in car moving. They were not the low price but their professional approach appealed to me. They are able to do a delivery a lot quicker and on shorter notice than other companies. And as always, their prices are fantastic which is important because of how much I travel.
