I have received multiple unsolicited calls from American Logistics despite repeatedly requesting to be removed from their list. On March 5, 2024, I once again explained that we own a truck fleet and do not need their services, but the caller abruptly hung up on me. This level of persistence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. A business should respect do-not-call requests and train its employees better.

If at any given moment, you guys have downtime or have to pay for any additional fees for Twic Escort in ports they DO NOT re imburse! You might want to think twice before hauling another load for ALG if these issues occurr. Lack of communication on behalf of COCO KHANKA which resulted in downtime for our driver. I had to get her supervisor involved just for him to tell me she was gone for the day and he would take over. Obviously, when things go south brokers like to play Hermit until its safe.

Think twice and beware, not all ALG reps are the same but so far, about 8/10 Ive worked with in Ten years havce had these issues. BEWARE CARRIERS! Downtime and additional fees will not be compensated DO NOT PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR ANYTHING! LUMPERS, ESCORTS, OR ANYTHING ELSE PERTAINING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS FRIEGHT! You will be at a complete loss

BEWARE!!!!!!! Our experience with American Logistics Group specifically Mark Scott, has been nothing short of frustrating. Their lack of professionalism and integrity in handling business is unacceptable. They double brokered a load with our company, which is not only unethical but also creates unnecessary complications and risks. I would strongly advise against working with American Logistics Group. Careful, once you get on their radar, they will never stop contacting you, spamming you, calling. They don't care that you ask them to stop. Report them to the FTC as well as the FCC, keep you correspondence so you have proof of their relentless harassment.

A generic email in response is not accepted, your team sent another email to us today, I am submitting it to the proper authorities to prove you are harassing us. I have hundreds of emails and phone logs that I have already provided. STOP HARASSING US!!!

load 277024 Broker Akash Singh and Mark Scott
we booked load 03.33 pm and eta was 1 hours we coz of shipper late load we checked out late and we supposed to be midnight 11 pm but that will be impossable coz of east cost traffic and broker set app 8 pm we wait whole day and we checked in 8 pm and checked out 12 am. I asked layover and detention he approve it but in the end I never receive RC I called 1000 times he rejected emailed but no answer. very poor service and bad comunication
