fake review below from emily, she is the customer service. for urgent shipments, they never want to answer phones calls. had to borrow someone else random phone number to get them to pick up. they intentionally hold up shipments so can charge more. for effe sake how hard to deliver to venice beach, i'm literally 5 miles away from the port, can't even arrange a drop off correctly.
