Ladies and gentlemen have you ever been to the circus before? If not then come on down to Amazon MEM5. It's a three ring circus first ring is name discrimination, second ring differential treatment/selective exclusion, third ring retaliation. Don't t forget to bring your popcorn, this is a show you don't want to miss. This location deserves a zero but the app won't let me post without rating it. Also Amazon MEM5 motto is work hard then have fun but that's not true at all. The motto should be work hard get abused, get used, then discarded/ wrongfully terminated. This place is the greatest circus on earth. There HR and investigation team are also part of the circus. They cover things up they go by he say and she say instead of using the cameras. Do the cameras work I guess not which is dangerously insane. My operation manager also didn't know how to go from temporary to permanent. He also didn't know when training starts but everyone else even the people I came in with an orientation were beginning training. Why is he so clueless and why is he still the operation manager it's mind-boggling.

Day shift is on their shhh! Every time I go pick up my load scheduled for 1700 it’s been ready for hours according to the bills. But if I come in for a 20:00 or later load it’s never ready until the cut time. Which I hate bc when you’re running ahead of schedule Amazons artificial intelligence does dynamic scheduling and moves your almost arrive by time up to closer to the time you are tracking so you have to go and sit for a couple of hours, sitting makes you tired. And Amazon frowns upon drowsy driving….as they should but when you keep going you don’t get as tired as just sitting there. Evening shift needs to take notes from day shift. Five stars for day shift, two for evening, taking overall rating down to three stars.

The lady yard jockey has an authority complex and will cuss you out for inspecting the trailers(of which are garbage half the time) the other yard jockey will act like he can’t hear you and blatantly ignore any questions you have to ask until the lady comes up and yells at you as if you weren’t already trying to get the right info to be where you needed to be. Do not allow you to use the bathroom and have no parking nearby. Would recommend shying away from this location and would recommend an ethics class and a class in decent respect and humanity for the two yard people. And to be fair, I hope you lose your jobs as the way you treat the people that help

Quick process to get in and out to drop your load trailer in a door but you have to leave out the gate and go back in the street to a parking area hook to a trailer and then come back to this area through the gate to give them your trailer number.
It appears to be somewhat new and is always quite empty on Saturday mornings (the only days I've ever delivered)

These people are rude , I am disable one hand working and me and two other co workers were working and they told me to ask for help mind you we were working hard before even receiving help and got alot of work done but there were still more so I got a chance to ask for help because a Lady came stood bestide me and I said Hey may you go get us some help? She said Im a PA I do not work I tell you all what to do aggressively. They recently suspended my badge so I wont be able to clock in to get to my 13 points of termination because of a clock out confusing that I did get fixed with amazon erc and I have case numbers on this and thry wont do anything about this so I quit.And you got lazy workers in there who watch stuff get bagged up and pile up who wait for you to do their job. If you start you’ll see. Good luck God bless you.

It was okay, but I didn't like when they would flex up an hour on the sort and than suddenly change their minds the next when they have part time workers working pass their time to clock out.
