Jae is absolutely phenomenal! Very personable and makes you feel right at home (as far as being at a dealership goes haha). Drove 3 hours to go look at this vehicle that she sent over FB messenger since the original one I was going to look at was already sold. Walked out of there with a sick 2025 “used” Hyundai Tucson with all the bells and whistles I was looking for. During the finance process, Jae even moved everything out of my Jeep, that I traded in, and put and organized it all in my new vehicle for me! Put my license plate on for me, etc. If you’re looking for fantastic service, go to Jae at Amato in Glendale!

Our 2023 Tucson recently required a warranty repair which Amato quickly diagnosed, but the part needed to be ordered. Shelly (Amato Service), along with Kyle (Manager?),handled the initial appointment, ordering the part, and the subsequent appointment to remedy the issue. At each step of the process, they did an incredible job getting the necessary work done, keeping me informed, & getting me on my way with professionalism, kindness, and speed. Highly recommend Amato Service!

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Not much haggle over price as it was already priced very competitively. There was no dealership games regarding adding on all the extra BS(paint protection, LoJack, etc). There was no heavy sales push in finance either to purchase extra protection(technology warranty, gap, etc). I had a great time working with Jae. She’s very knowledgeable and try’s her best to accommodate all your requests. Overall, I will be purchasing any future vehicles from amato hyundai moving forward.

First time coming here and it was good. The staff were very nice and prepared for my appointment. Of course everyone knows the dealerships charge more but the quality 👌. I dropped my car off at 7:30AM and it was done at 9AM. Very quick and professional. Unfortunately I still have to come back for more work due to the type of engine I have. But the service was very professional 👏

I had my car towed here on March 12th from the tow lot because it was stolen and it wouldn’t start. It also needed other repairs that I notified them of before I brought it to them. My engine was under warranty and they fixed it, but they didn’t bother to fix my steering column, ignition and door handle nor did they look into it and I told them everything that was wrong with my car before I ahead it towed there. Patiently waiting for a response and a quote for repairs, Shelly called me and told me that my car would be fixed for free, but she didn’t specify what would be fixed for free, so I assumed that my car was being repaired for free. I was excited and relieved because I want to get rid of my car. When my car was “fixed” they sent me an automated message saying that my car was ready for pick up. I went to pick up my car after work thinking my car was ready and saw that my car was still in poor condition. Steering column, ignition and door handle was not repaired. I went back inside to inform them about the damage that still remained and Shelly felt the need to tell me that, “Most people who get their cars stolen don’t bother to get the steering column or ignition fixed and drive using a USB cable.” It was very disrespectful of her to say that to me about my car that I am paying for monthly. As if it couldn’t get any worse, Shelly took me to the collision center where Nick works. Nick asked me if I had insurance on my vehicle and I told him I do. Nick was being skeptical about my insurance company because it wasn’t an insurance company he had heard of before. Mind you I’ve never heard of my insurance company before either until I had to use my insurance and my insurance is through my bank which is Educators. I had a very poor and unpleasant experience at this dealership and I would not recommend anyone to come here for anything. I don’t even want to pay them to fix my car anymore. I will not be coming back to them. Also I’ve came to them in the past when my car was broken into and paid for the repairs out of pocket. Why would I bother to get a car fixed that isn’t mine. If I could give them zero stars I would. I do not recommend Amato Hyundai of Glendale.

Amato Hyundai, always providing the best professional service! I went to have my tire fixed , due to a screw poking out of my tire. Of course I had to have it replaced. Wasn't a long wait and also got a free car wash ! The service and car wash was great!

Providing outstanding service does not come with trophies, but if I had one to give, it would go to the Amato Collision Center. Responsiveness and clarity regarding my car's repair were excellent. Unlike some repair shops, these guys will not freeze you out and you'll be thunderin' down the road in no time.
