Their estimate was very reasonable considering the amount of work required. They did all the work on budget and in the time estimate they gave. This was a positive moving experience. The communications team was quick to get in touch when providing a quote, flexible on my needs in terms of renting boxes and was competitively priced for how much disassembly/moving I was asking for. Alex on the customer interaction team was especially helpful in assisting with paper work and logistics!
The moving team was friendly and kept what could have been a stressful day fairly light. I did have to repeat instructions a few times to make sure the right items got moved / thrown away but all in all they were very efficient. Would work with them again.
