This is the worst shipping company to ever do business with. They have no single respect or regard to their customers. They treat their customers with total disrespect and total disregard. Their personnel who are named Hassan and Mortaza have no manners whatsoever, they are extremely very rude to their customers, they use the ‘F’ word right there in their office to their customers and also on phone, especially the one named Hassan. They hang up on you with total disregard and disrespect. They curse their customers right there in their office to the customer faces. They have zero customer service, totally bad customer service. Perhaps, they think they are still in Afghanistan. Sincerely speaking, this company should not be allowed to do business in California and in the United States. No reasonable person or business should patronize a company like this. Three times I have had dealings with them, I lost money due to their extremely bad services, practices and rotten customer services. Please, no reasonable individual or business should patronize a company with total disregards and total disrespect to their customers. ALIBABA Global shipping is a totally toxic company.

This is a very bad shipping company. They are very, disrespectful, dishonest and disloyal. They have very very bad customer service. Please, think twice before deciding to do business with them. All was empty, No engine,no trans no beam no radiator core support all the mechanical aspect of the front is all gone and they are aware.. The company aint trustworthy or have integrity.. Loaders can't follow simple instructions for loading a 53' trailer. They just loaded it however they wanted and then complained when I told them it was overweight and had to be reworked.
You don't ever load FORTY THREE THOUSAND POUNDS like this.
