I highly recommend this broker. Despite the bad reviews, I’ve never had any issues getting my detention or layover payments. I worked with John and his team, and they are doing a great job. The load rates are excellent!

Be careful with this company. They don’t pay detention Even when their policy says they pay, the broker simply doesn't answer your phone anymore. The broker I worked with was RONY MORCOS

We booked the load with this broker, agree on everything, receive a RC and end up being cancelled because they find another carrier. Good way to go!

They are bottom barrel,Ruano or Ron is a full time lier and will hook you on a load without all information and when the time comes and you call him he will claim he told you everything.Josh his accomplice will act like he will help you,but no he will continue to screw you over from were rony boy left you.they will no compensate you for anything extra they get you in to.Don’t haul for them!!!

Stay away from this broker. They charged us $50 tracking fee even though e mail was sent that driver accepted the tracking and no communication from them that there is any problems with tracking on the load. Tried to correct this with the broker and talked to them in two instances without any resolution or answer why is this deducted. On top of that they don't even pick up their phone anymore.

I LOVE to work with AIT and big pleasure to work with Tami Howland and her Team: professional, responsive and transparent. We never ever had detention or layover issues. My trucks were paid GOOD for the provided services and time, because this BROKER has value for it! I recommend AIT as a good broker to deal with!

Called about a load today and Britny answered the phone AIT TRUCKLOAD SOLUTIONS INC with an attitude I asked for BJ,she was very rude, horrible business customer service
