A7S has been of great service to me since 2018. I have worked with Naomi and other associates of her since then and their services to me has been outstanding. This year I had the chance to ship with them again and all of my two shipments that they have handled have been with exceptional customer service. My first shipment was on October 20th this year with file number ASST246110 and the second shipment was on November 15 with file # ASST247170.
The quotes for these container were absolutely satisfactory to me compared to other shippers that quoted me for the same shipment. Maddy on the other hand has help facilitate the shipment by sending me the container on time and making sure that the all the information that I need is delivered to me on time. My BL and ECTN were all delivered on time.

As an individual, first time shipper with no experience what's-so-ever, Vincent and his team at Air 7 Seas were Patient, Understanding and answered EVERY SIGNLE email! They explained terms over and over until I understood what they were talking about and they basically, "babysat" me through the Entire process until after I picked up my delivery. We recently worked with A7 to ship oil services equipment to Saudi Arabia, and overall, we had a positive experience. As first-time shippers to SA, we encountered some challenges due to certain requirements being communicated later than expected. Given the complexities of shipping to Saudi Arabia, we would have appreciated more proactive guidance to ensure all necessary documents and preparations were completed on time.

That said, A7’s door-to-door service was exactly what we needed and was executed seamlessly. Our primary contact, Sergio, was consistently available via email and phone, providing prompt and helpful responses to all our inquiries. Additionally, their representative, Hector, went above and beyond by offering detailed shipping updates and even visiting our company in person to better understand our specific needs.
