Out in the middle of nowhere but but but, price is right and the facility and staff are fantastic. Property is well graded, clean of vegetation that brings rodents(never had any problem with mice since I moved to Agua D) and I'd highly recommend it.
Staff is nice as can be.

We just love this storage facility! We travel a lot but sometimes need to store our RV. Our rig feels very safe here. It’s well maintained and the management is so organized. Shaina is just a gem and wonderful to do business with — so professional. We don’t have space (with city living) to prep our rig at home and they’ve been very patient with us while we hang out at the facility for a few hours loading and unloading. Does get hot and cold here, so we make sure to cover tires and winterize just in case. Side benefit is that it’s really beautiful and serene here while we’re prepping. Thanks Shaina!

Agua Dulce storage is awesome. We’ve been storing our work trailer there for the past few months and we have felt great about it so far. Love the 24 hour surveillance. Love the management and their professionalism. The place is gated well. Prices are very reasonable. Come and go as you please. Pay your bill easily online. No complaints here. Nothing but positive vibes and positive things to say about Agua Dulce Storage!

This place is by far the BEST storage facility out here in the canyon area. I am a long time customer and a permanent one.

Chris and I just started storing our Class B here at Agua Dulce Storage and have been pleasantly surprised by the the staff in particular and the amenities they offer. Our spot (T-258) is at the top of the hill with a great view (HA!), they offer 24 hour surveillance/ gate service AND stations to dump, wash and fill your tires with air. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a win, win kind of place!

We were lucky enough to get a spot at Agua Dulce Storage. This place is great. Pass code gate for entering and exiting, fencing around the entire place and amenities that most other storage yards don't provide. The place is very well kept and managed. We will be staying here for many years. I feel that our rig is very safe and secure.

We have been with Agua Dulce Storage for a while. I have had good service from them, and they handle any questions you have right away. Steve has helped us out, and is always friendly . Any concerns we had have been taken care of. We plan on staying there. Safe place to keep your RV.
