ADP shipped our W-2 to us and they never arrived. When you look it up it says it was delivered and handed to a employee at 6:29pm on 12/31/2024. The building was locked up with alarm and all employees were gone at 4:00pm. They have obviously delivered to the wrong building. Please find my W-2's

They do EVERYTHING in their power NOT to pay their drivers. Poorly maintained equipment that when fails and you do a direct communication about delivery and they still deduct $22 for failed scan. Gas pay is never what your cost is and management just says whatever cuz they already took your money. WORST COMPANY EVER. IMO

Worst place in the world to do business. Delivery drivers are rude, ignorant and have an attitude and half wear ankle bracelets. Why would you deal with a company like this? Who hires employees like this. I would definitely not do business with ADL

Driver was at our location today and STOLE from us. Additionally, this guy thinks it is okay to ask the married office manager for her marital status and wanted to exchange phone numbers. She obviously declined. Very unprofessional. He was rude and did not know what he was doing to add to the list. I called ADL to address this directly with them instead of the dealer that hired them so that they could keep it in house. They obviously don't care as I was put on hold and nobody picked up the line. Beware! Do not use ADL.

Where do I start. I have been using ADL delivery for years as a second delivery option to my in house drivers. First of all, they cover the whole Southeast which has opened up so many more opportunities to grow our wholesale business. They are fast, dependable, attentive and I NEVER have a problem from creating shipment to the delivery of our parts. I've never had a damage claim, deliveries are as promised.
And the staff are ALL professional and even give a personal touch to what they do. And may I mention ALL of the Customer Service Reps whenever I should encounter a question or simply call in my pickup requests. Lisa, Rita, Jennifer and Michelle, and if I have left any of them out I apologize. These ladies are THE BEST!!!
I look forward to calling them because they take care of my business and add that special personal touch I refer to above. BRAVO...OUTSTANDING...PROFESSIONAL...WONDERFUL....I can go on and on and on. I will end with this. I trust ADL with my business and there is a reason they have been around for so long. They will ALWAYS have my business. Thank You ADL for all you do for us!!

Their drivers are always polite, the pickups and deliveries are handled smoothly and customer service is always quick with an answer. Their pricing is very reasonable for the items we ship (odd shaped items on pallets). They run a well ordered business!
