Great location, walking distance from the USCIS office so becomes super handy if need paperwork and photo services immediately. Very competitive price for passport photo. Staff was super friendly, patient, and professional.

Hands-down, the best Passport Photo you can get in LA. The lighting for my picture made me look great. Carrie, Espy, & the whole team are personable, professional, and it feels like I’m visiting family whenever I go to pickup mail.

So helpful!!! I needed passport photos and a dual citizenship application form notarized, and... two of the passport photos signed and stamped on the back. Other notaries turned me away, saying "I've never heard of that". But Carrie at ACE One Stop said "hmmm, let me look that up," and indeed looked up on her computer the unusual dual citizenship application requirements of the Republic of Ireland, and helped me complete them all. Offered the quickest and most affordable passport photos (six for $10?!) you could expect. So grateful for their unassuming yet highly professional help.

didnt visit the store in person, but i called because i had a question regarding shipping internationally and the lady I spoke to over the phone is the sweetest most helpful lady ever! the price estimate she gave me was quite high, so she offered to look up USPS prices for me. such a kind soul and so helpful!

Brought my 88 yr old mother here to take passport photo.
First off, $10 for 6 passport photo is a great value. The two ladies working here are very friendly and kind. I wish I can get them more business but definitely would recommend them to my friends.

I came here to get some papers notarized. The lady at the front desk, Carrie?, was so nice. She reprinted some forms for me since I made a mistake on one. She provided me with a manilla folder to keep my paperwork organized, and emailed me copies of my notarized forms. So glad I came here! 🙂
