We sure got lucky when we needed a storage facility during a move--we found A-American Self Storage in El Centro! Aside from having a convenient location, we were lucky to meet Joe, the manager, who found us the right size of room to rent. Even though we ran into the office right before closing, Joe took the time to show us the room, explain the gate and times we can go in and out of the facility, and get the contract finished. Courtesy and kindness are all parts of his friendly, professional service.

I usually don't care to leave reviews. Due to several bad experiences I have never had anything good to say about a storage facility. This business is the exception I guess.
The rates are reasonable, fair and affordable. The security is top notch. The customer service is outstanding. Payments are digital and automated and I love it that way.
The manager is a soft spoken, humble, compassionate and very professional and friendly man in my opinion. And I've been around for awhile and have seen a few things.
I've had good experiences and bad...and I am able to appreciate when someone is being real as opposed to being fake or strictly cutthroat business minded.
You will find the "real" at this establishment. It's refreshing.
