I liked working here my dispatcher was a really nice guy I made descent money …However ! The home times is a joke spend more than 21 days out you only get 5 they consider your travel day the time you spend going back to the yard in Oklahoma I was also talked down to by one of the head dispatchers because I wanted to take a day to do laundry and clean the truck up before heading back to Oklahoma from midland Tx IMO they treat drivers like dogs and cattle they only think of themselves and their families and not the drivers who are the bloodline of the company I can see why they have orientations every week sometimes two classes at once !

My husband has been a driver over 30 yrs! This has been by far one of the best places he has been employed by. Wes & Dana have always been fair and good to him. For that, we are very grateful for them.

There reviews are fake and written by family and friends!! If you break down be prepared to wait a couple of days before you get towed or someone comes out,plus they'll complain if they can't talk you through fixing the problem they think all drivers should be mechanics too!! Worst part is most of their staff needs cultural training really bad!!!

These people are crooks. Don’t believe all the positive reviews. There’s a reason they all came in 5 months ago. Because it’s their family and friends writing them. They’re crooks and they’ll do anything to take your paycheck. Even when you do as asked and return everything. Came to haul frac sand but they got kicked off the wells and didn’t have the work so they made me go over the road in a dump truck for 500-$700 a week. This place is an absolute JOKE.

This place claims to be family oriented but when u have a family death u will be treated as a liar due to there past issues with whoever. Also you will be charged substantially for the ppe they loan you 571$ for basic ppe. Horrible business practices

We had two of your drivers come to our SLB location at 32 E Industrial Loop in Midland, Tx. and as I was working in the yard I noticed they were very attentive throughout the unloading process. They put their fire extinguishers out front and assisted each other in backing and hooking up. Very professional!

Its a good company if you can get past the little things that annoys you like a fly you didn't know was in your car when you drove awau
