Castaway is a really great place to rent. They have great prices and excellent customer service! I brought my own lock and ended up losing the key (which is everybody’s worst nightmare) but castaway was very willing to help me gain access to my storage unit. They were very responsive when I reached out to them asking for help and they were willing to come out and break in for me and didn’t even charge me extra fees. They are highly recommend!

They also have automatic payment methods through an online portal, which was a lifesaver!
