We hauled a shipment as the carrier for brokerage company Landry Logistics LLC in November 2023 for an agreed amount of $2,650., transporting goods from their customer, Hodges Warehousing & Logistics, based in Montgomery, AL, to the receiver, Staples Fulfillment Center in La Mirada, CA. Despite fulfilling our obligations and providing excellent service, it has now been 332 days since we invoiced, and we have yet to receive payment for this shipment.
Landry Logistics LLC has been unresponsive, ignoring our calls and emails for a prolonged period. It is clear from their continued lack of communication that they are intentionally avoiding payment. After consulting with a transportation lawyer and collections firm Baxter & Bailey, I have been advised to contact all parties involved in this shipment's billing manifest. If no resolution is reached, we will pursue legal action and file collections against all involved parties to recover the amount owed.
This situation reflects poorly on the professionalism of Landry Logistics LLC, and we urge them to resolve this issue promptly to avoid further escalation.

Was really dumbstruck to watch the "professional" driver of truck #1561 empty out two, ONE GALLON PISS JUGS in the parking lot at the Ashley Furniture DC in Arcadia, WI this morning. Saturday, 11 November 2023 at 0830. 24 hour restrooms are available in the lobby only 100 yards from his truck. Reported him to the shipping office. THIS IS WHY THE INDUSTRY CAN FIND IT DIFFICULT TO FIND OVERNIGHT PARKING.

Loaded for syngenta out of this Warehouse folks treated me good

Had a 4:00 p.m. appointment got there at 9:00 a.m. they had me loaded by 11:00 a.m.

Not sure about overnight parking if they had a long drive away but they also had Gates not sure if they shut the gates of the night.

If you are picking up recycled paper, then you should go to International Paper facility, which is 0.3 miles to the left from gas station and under the bridge (coming from I65 south). 1 hour to get loaded. Scale in and out. Plenty of space for maneuvers.

Large facilities with multiple businesses make it hard to know where to check in, but when you do my load took 4 hours as every tire was hand stacked… bring a packed lunch!

In and Out, no issue. Quick loading when I pick up paper there. Plenty of space. Can’t speak for anything else.
