One day I got up and decided time to let my car go. I was browsing to see what on line. I stopped in Audi as soon as I went to open the door Matthew Miller greet me with a smile. He had a snow brush and his snow suit heading to clean off cars from the little storm we had.He came in and said how can I help you ..he was not aggressive or pushy just a smile and assured me he will go above and beyond to help me if I see anything I’m interested in. I saw a vehicle I was interested in ask about some concerns I have . As a female when you walk in a dealership you know what you up against and the anxiety of getting a vehicle can be overwhelming.Matthew Miller make sure he did everything I asked of him and gave me the deal I was comfortable with. After totaling my 2015 Q5 I was in the market for a gently used Q5 with low mileage. I found just what I was looking for at the Audi Albany Dealership - a 2020 Q5 Premium Plus with a sport package. Upon calling the dealer, I had an appointment for a test drive within the hour. I worked with Nikita to execute the sale that day and he was wonderful - efficient, knowledgeable, available, accommodating, personable and patient as he walked me through the technology upgrades and we negotiated a price. He efficiently coordinated the sale and had at the ready all I needed when I picked up the vehicle -registration, car insurance policy transfer, etc. He is an asset to the Sales Dept of Audi Albany.

The only disappointment in the transaction is the dealership’s policy to charge for nitrogen in the tires. However, given the low mileage, price and beautiful condition of the car, this was not a dealbreaker.

I would like to add this is the 4th Audi we have purchased at this one dealership in a period of approximately 20 years. We love the brand, and currently own 3 very different models. Our experiences have been positive. The staff are a credit to the automotive industry. Our transactions have been honorable, and honest, negotiations are executed in good faith, and they do what they commit to. We have purchased both new and used cars. I would not hesitate to recommend this Audi Dealership.

My Audi RSQ8 was recently in for a scheduled Major service and recall ( current alternator was fine , but recall offered a new updated unit ) . Sean my Service Advisor was outstanding as was the Tech , Dan Kirby. Everything was completed as promised, my service loaner Q5 was clean and it truly made me love my Audi even more. Kudos to the Service Dept at Audi Albany !!
