WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE OUTCOME. WHAT HAVE THE ENTIRE CLAIMAGE PROCESS REFLECTED ON THE INTEGRITY AND HONESTY OF EASYSHIP
IT'S NOT ONLY DOLLAR AND CENTS, IT'S THE PRINCIPLES WE ARE TALKING HERE!!! OUR EFFORT IN THE ENTIRE MONTH OF FOLLOWING UP ON YOUR LYING AND BULLSHIT COST MORE THAN SGD58.22!!!

1) AS CLEARLY STATED IN YOUR INSURANCE POLICIES WHICH WE ARE COVERED UNDER!!!!!!!-"Yes - Cost of shipping will be covered in a claim (recommended)", NOW YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR THE SHIPPING COST? DAYLIGHT ROBBERY BY EASYSHIP IN THE 21ST CENTURIES? THE REFUNDED SGD147.56 ONLY COVERED THE COST OF THE ITEMS BUT NOT THE SHIPPING!!!

2) THESE ENTIRE HAPPENING WILL BE SHARED ONLINE VIRALLY.
A) STARTING FROM THE CLAIMING PROCESS OF THIS HAPPENING, WE WERE TOLD BY CS LAURETTA S.VAAS THAT ONLY SGD19.00 WILL BE REFUNDED UNDER SHIPPING COST. WE WERE PUZZLED (DUE TO POINT1 ABOVE) AND APPEALED.

B) AFTER APPEALING, CS ABHISEKH GHOSH UPDATED ALL IS APPROVED - "We have finally got the refund and I have sent it to our finance team to issue it as soon as possible.
I will reach out as soon as its processed from our end."

C) AFTER ENTIRE MONTH OF LYING AND BULLSHIT, CS ABHISEKH GHOSH UPDATED - "our finance team has confirmed that an insurance claim for this shipment was already processed for the amount of SGD 147.56 on 17th October. As a result, this shipment is ineligible for any additional refunds." SGD147.56 IS THE COST OF ITEMS ONLY! SO THE SHIPPING COST IS NOT PAYABLE EVEN THOUGH THERE IS INSURANCE COVERAGE WHICH WE PAID FOR?

WE ARE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DISHONESTY, DISINTEGRITY OF YOUR ORGANISATION. WE WILL BE TERMINATING THE SERVICE CONTRACT ONCE IT END ON 16 May 2025. THE ENTIRE HAPPENING WILL BE SHARED AND WARNING TO THE WORLD WHEN DEALING WITH EASYSHIP.

I used easyship a couple of time to pick up my products from Europe to USA. I never applied for the monthly subscription and just found out that they've been charging me every month for more than a year. THIS IS A SCAM! PLEASE WATCH OUT BEFORE YOU USE THEIR SERVICE. they will automatically enroll you to one of their monthly service subscription without your agreement.

I have 2 large shipments that have gone missing under Easyship and I've been waiting for more than 90 days for them to approve the insurance claims (close to $1000 USD in total).

I am doubtful if Easyship has the intention or ability to compensate my losses. The customer service team is vague and repetitive with their reponses. The insurance team replies only once every few weeks and constantly nitpicks at the documents I have submitted, prolonging the compensation process.

No one has given me a timeframe for the insurance process despite me repeatedly asking. Thus my customers have been waiting with no outcome for months. The uncompensated losses have taken a hit on my business.

I urge all busines owners to look elsewhere for shipping solutions. This company is showing signs of going under, I hope no one else's business gets dragged down with it.

They sell labels that cannot be used at the post office. After I contacted them regarding this issue, they had an audacity to tell me that the label is non-refundable.
Basically, just took my money and provided absolutely nothing in return.

I have been working with Daniel for Easyship for about 2 years now. First off- Not only is Easyship a simple platform to use for fulfillment purposes, but customer service helps you with your issues in a snap! (Unlike other platforms.. waiting weeks before resolving an issue). Daniels response time is incredible. Every call i have had with him he simply explains each step making sure i 100% understand the changes being made to the account. Without Easyship shipping would be HARDSHIP! Thank you for all your help!

Easyship has been a great addition to our fulfillment process. We're able to print our shipping labels much more efficiently and accurately. The staff has been wonderful to work with and easy to connect with whenever needed. We've had the pleasure of working with 2 different Daniels over the past year and a half!
