I’m a 7 car hauler driver, delivered an inoperable vehicle to them, let them know ahead of time what time I’ll be delivering. It was expected that they’ll have a forklift ready to take down the vehicle but got very rude service instead, saying that they can’t because it’s cold, 30 Fahrenheit and flurries. I delivered 6 other vehicles that same day in the same exact conditions and had no issues with the other warehouses. They said I should come back tomorrow which I can’t do because I have 7 other cars to pick up. Wasted my time hauling that vehicle down myself all because they didn’t want to use their forklift. Never deliver to this warehouse if you have an inoperable vehicle in the winter time, useless and rude.
