Throughout the whole process I was extremely impressed with their professionalism. Their frequent updates and the quickness they responded to my overbearing amount of questions were very reassuring and showed they cared about my business. This was the first time I used their service and they will now be my primary contact for freight. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. I should also say my primary contact was Matt Brezinski, but, I did have contact with some others at Pinnacle who were also very helpful.

Called as a potential Carrier was told to email over my info and never heard anything back. Once I finally reached out again for the fourth attempt, I was told to fill out there packet then there load Board would be accessible. Still nothing after multiple email/call attempts. Communication is completely off over there.
