I've been working with Atomix for over a year. It was stressful choosing a 3pl and making sure I made the right choice. Atomix went above and beyond working with me to feel comfortable and to give assurance they would treat my product with respect and the same level of detail as I had when I did my own shipping.
Onboarding was easy and they were very hands on, we went through phone calls and at times I felt they knew my product almost better than myself. They optimized my packaging for me and gave me expect level advise in many areas.
My account manager has been great with all my questions, it's great having someone on the inside and always knowing they are ready to solve anything.
Their app is so easy to use, any information I need is easy to access and understand.

I'm part of the team of one of the companies who just switched to a different fulfillment center. I'm pretty sure most of the positive reviews on here are from Atomix staff members. Where do I start?

Working with Atomix has been a horrible experience, probably one of the worst fulfillment centers I've ever worked with.

They claim they are using 'cutting edge technology' but it really just feels manual and stitched together with bubble gum. They also communicate with a tone where they feel like they are talking down to you.

Here is a breakdown you can expect:

Constant issues with their billing - them adding 'adjustments' to bills with little explanation of why. They refuse to send the backup. This is usually from weight issues by the 3PL that then cause fees by USPS because they submitted the incorrect weight - but they refuse to acknowledge that.

During the onboarding no discussion of who to ship with - shipping a $26 product with DHL and billing back $14 for shipping charges. Completely destroying the margin. That doesn't even include their fees.

They turned off our service for weeks with very little communication and forgot to turn it back on. This lead to massive disruptions in our business. We were late paying bills - because we were confused by billing and they had sent us statements, which I completely understand! But it was handled poorly.

Mis-applying payments to the wrong invoices so that our accounting team had to go through and reconcile multiple times throughout the year.

I'm sure they have good intentions and a slick website but I would work with a different fulfillment center that is more organized. Hopefully their management team reads these reviews and they rework their company/hire a new team so that they can offer a better service, but it's doubtful.

It’s late December and I am reflecting on my year. I feel compelled to warn about this company. In over a decade of entrepreneurship there a few standout moments that were particularly gut wrenching and harrowing. Please be warned that working with Atomix is at the top of that list.

Thankfully my company, our brand, and our community were able to weather the storm and rebound but it cost me tens of thousands in damage to my inventory and an untold cost to our reputation and missed opportunities. In my experience, these aren’t just people who can’t deliver on what they say. They lack integrity and are unethical and if you are intrigued by the cool website and friendly sales people like I was, I simply advise that you do your outmost on due diligence. Talk to people who have worked with them and understand that Atomix leadership does a ton of back handed things to try to silence companies who leave them. So if you see a review that seems like it is holding back, that is why. Good luck dear entrepreneur friend and please please please, for the sake of your pursuits and mental health, steer clear of Atomix.

I ended up having to fulfill most orders on my own as Atomix didn't have the capability to integrate with Etsy even though they assured me they did. Poor customer service all around with delayed responses and many excuses. A lot of their 5-star reviews are from their own employees.

Would give a 0 if I could... Packages from the US to EU taking over a month to deliver, sending out the wrong stock that is worth 10X the money than what the customer ordered. International shipping is a joke, we got better results sending things ourselves via Shipstation. Oh, and do not get me started on all of the lost packages. Really, if you can find another options take it because Atomix does not care unless you are making them millions.

Worked with them for just about a year - was a nightmare from start to finish. Incorrect invoicing, lack of communication, wrong rate sheets, fulfillment error rates way above standard, the list goes on. Aside from that, their conflict resolution skills were terrible. Stay clear.
