Stopped in today to send some pants to my mom in Massachusetts and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t in a great mood but after just having a pleasant conversation while he was getting my order ready I felt much better-so I appreciate that even more than the actual service! 😁 Plenty of parking too, and so convenient for Five Points. He also said he had just always been interested in moving and shipping stuff, so it’s not just a business to make money-he really ENJOYS it, which means he honestly cares about his business, AND his customers. That is so refreshing in a business!
