They did a fantastic job. They communicated well throughout the process. I especially appreciated small things like the concierge service, which helped me set up cable and internet. Everyone was professional across the board. I recommend Allied - and the Coleman connection in Alabama.

From the initial (in person!) estimate of cost through the scheduling, packing, furniture-wrapping, delivery and furniture un-wrapping and placing, everyone we dealt with was professional, polite, and personable. (The one iffy person was dismissed immediately.) The piano arrived undamaged and in tune! The floors were protected from the weight of the piano & other furniture-moving.
We are still unpacking boxes but as far as we can tell everything is here and nothing was damaged. We cannot recommend Coleman Allied of Huntsville more highly.

The local workers for Coleman-Allied were really friendly and wonderful. Patti, the rep who you book through, our packers, loaders and driver were all awesome. However, everyone in upper management was awful: our move coordinator, Michelle, never answered her phone - even on load and delivery days - and at one point refused to even talk to me. The dispatcher straight-up lied. When I asked to speak to supervisors, I was told they'd call me and then was ghosted every time. DO NOT use this company.

We have moved a few times across states. The experience with the HSV Coleman Allied was undoubtedly the worst. From showing up hours late to pack, loading furniture without tying anting down that resulted in a few broken pieces of furniture. The young lady on day one who was grabbing on one of the men of the crew. Many items arrived at the destination without stickers that are used for inventory purposes. It was a mess. Sorry we paid for that service. The Coleman Allied in KC was well organized, polite and laid down coverings to protect our floors.

The local Allied affiliate did a wonderful job with my father’s move. The agent providing the quote was very professional, responsive and provided wonderful service. The various team members that supported the move (packers, logistics coordinator, driver, loaders) did a very through and careful job, communicated with us continually throughout the process, and were very prompt and professional. The teams made the move as easy and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Allied and the local team (Coleman Worldwide Moving). They were top-notch!

I had an excellent experience with Allied when moving to another state. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, and very responsive. The driver did an outstanding job loading and unloading, and delivery was prompt. As far as I can tell so far, nothing has been lost or damaged. I would definitely do business with Allied again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. A detail letter will be forward to Headquarters. The movers was good but the relocation analyst customer care and supervisor has been horrible. Coleman has not meet the terms of the contract. They have miss every appointment. This move has cancel my Thanksgiving and cost my family to worst holiday ever. I had to change flights, but additional flight from Huntsville to DC, pier jade hotel rooms, sleep on the floor of our new home, take unnecessary leave which has cost additional money all due to Coleman/Allied can not meet their obligations, promises and commitments. I’m still waiting on my delivery.

I have used movers before but this is my first time using Allied! They were amazing .. from the pickup till the delivery day! AWSOME company and I would never use anyone else now. The reputation they holds is real!
