Very Unprofessional, drivers have to compete with other drivers for loads. Dispatch is rude and talks about drivers to other drivers. Favoritism is how your going to get loads. Rates are by far the worst in the courier network. No bonuses and or incentives for drivers with seniority. Your going to drive for penny's on the dollar..average rates are .30 cent a mile .10 unloaded.
