This company pretends like they have full time work, but the paychecks say otherwise.

I've tried my best to be professional, but this place is a dumpster fire. Dispatch is LAZY. Very inept at multitasking and delegating jobs to the staff in the morning. Dispatch has a "ME FIRST" attitude, meaning if you're not blowing them up every 10 minutes, they won't even bother to reach out to you for work. Most likely they are picking and choosing who they WANT to give work to each day.

Multiple occasions where I have been given a large delivery with multiple heavy boxes, and the pickup and delivery pays less than $20. Too many far distance jobs that pay you less than $10. Picked up an item in Gilbert and delivered to Glendale, paid $8.50. complete joke of a business.

Also, the main manager is most likely picking favorites. One day, I was asked to speak with him in his office, when I walked in, he was making out with another driver. Very unprofessional place to work. My advice would be to seek employment with a better organization. Not a complete rant on the entire staff, Corey was very helpful and kind, shout out to him only.

Could try not parking in no stoping zones, especially besides other delivery trucks completely blocking princess Street, ridiculously unprofessional

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Traveled 30 minutes out of the way to apply at the 5058 location. Encountered Mike at the entrance and he was extremely rude. I would love to earn the pay being offered, but if the boss has a better-than-you attitude during the application process, I can only imagine how bad of an employer he would be. I left almost immediately after arriving.

Dispatchers are cool. Not sure how anybody delivering docs make money though. The price of gas...and they do not reimburse for mileage at all so you eat it on gas. Lots of cross valley driving too. Would not recommend.

Never had an issue yet, David is very helpful and outgoing when I call. I can imagine this job can be stressful, but they have never let it show..The customer service & couriers act like pro's every time.

Probably the worst ownership in the shipping industry, if they screw up it's your fault, if they misplace a package "oh Sorry" then it shows up next week. Use UPS or USPS save the headache.
