Definitely - no stars for this company - Cathy is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in business. Actually hung up on me. I have been using this company for years - on their website they have a place for feedback and surveys but when you submit neither works

Sterling Express is AMAZING! The manager (Kevin) is awesome and so is Shawn. They are excellent about their delivery. Their times of arrival and delivery are either spot on or earlier. never once have they been late. Their customer service is amazing and they are definitely a courier you can depend on. I set couriers for my company DataVox all the time and they never disappoint. Thank you Shawn and Kevin. Keep it up!!
