They were alright all the way up until we moved are stuff out of the storage unit. We cleaned it and did everything we were supposed to do to get our deposit back but they never gave it back. And on top of that we had informed them that we had got all our stuff out of the unit (before the first might I add) and they still took a months payment out of our bank account. Which with us calling nonstop they finally gave us the money back but we have called multiple times to get our deposit money back but they are refusing to reimburse us for the deposit we had put down. So if you want to get a unit with them be prepared to not get your money back
