C&L are legit and made the Irish customs clearance process as painless as possible. In March 2022, I had to get an SAD for a car bought in Northern Ireland but brought over from England post BREXIT. Ciaran of C&L gave clear explanations and was excellent with following up on all issues. And yes, their Revolut Business Lithuanian bank account is also legitimate.
