I went by to check on renting a storage unit yesterday, and Evans Mini Storage is under new ownership and is called East Brenton Storage. I spoke with new personnel getting stuff set up. The name changed and some great changes are in the works, it sounds like. They will have cameras up soon. Security is always my main topic. Looking forward to improved and needed changes. I took a pic of their sign so you can see where to rent a unit.
