Nathan, Adam and Shane did a fanatics job in transporting my BMW from Perth to Adelaide. The service was very professional and I was able to load my car full of my belongings to save time and money in relocating. The car arrived in time and in perfect condition. The car was loaded onto the truck using a forklift so the clearance of the vehicle wasn't an issue. Thank you guys for a very professional service.

Exceptional service, unbeatable price and most importantly my classic car was handled and transported with care and efficiency. From start to finish communication with Shane was outstanding and easy. I dropped my car off on Monday in Perth and she arrived in Vic that Friday morning. The car was covered and secuere the whole trip and not over handled. Do not waste your time going with larger "car carrying" transport companies who take over 12 days to transport your vehicle, charge double the price and in my experience dammage your vehicle. Out of all the transport companies I have used in the past East West Express tops them all. Thanks Shane and your crew.

Hey! I am late doing this and I have no excuse.....but I just wanted to give this company so much thanks and support. Not only did they save me approx $2000 on my transport from VIC to WA. He got everything from my unit in VIC to my door in WA in under a week from first contact!

Yes the stars aligned but honestly, the price, service and customer care was amazing.

I got quotes from 8 companies and this company not only topped them by a mile, they were just on top form from start to finish.

100% don't bother looking anywhere else, head straight here and know you will be looked after from start to finish and....financially!

Used this service for the transportation of a very expensive vehicle between Perth and Melbourne. Vehicle was booked in and paid for over six weeks prior to drop off but when I arrived for the drop off there was no record of my booking. Vehicle then arrived three days late and damaged without any communication from the company until I chased their staff up about it around Australia enquiring as to its whereabouts and when it would arrive. Even then I couldn't get a straight or reliable answer. Then when the vehicle arrived at its destination and I raised these issues with the business owner's brother the Operations Manager he launched into a tirade of verbal abuse and refused to acknowledge the damage on my car. He then attempted to assault me with a punch and grab of my shirt after I requested that he make a record of the damage on my car. He was met with an appropriate physical response out of self defence and then realised he had bitten off more than he could chew. This review demonstrates the reaction you will receive from the senior members of this company when things don't go right and you raise legitimate concerns about your property including damage. If Google Reviews would allow it, I would give a core of 0 for this company.

Contacted Shane about getting a machine from rural Victoria to Perth. He was very good to deal with and was very accommodating. Got the job done on time with no fuss and no damage. Price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them.

Who got my 2020 BMW M5 from Melbourne to Perth in 3 days in a fully enclosed trailer.

I literally checked every single transport company and car carrier in Australia, read every single one of their reviews, read all of the Facebook car groups, reddit, you name it I read them all. And could not find any one with any decent feedback, but that's when I found East West Express, tucked away on the 3rd or so page of Google. I read their reviews and they were all positive from a transport point of view.

After speaking with Shane, he promptly provided me with an extremely competitive quote for fully enclosed transport and answered any questions I had about the trailer and how the car would be loaded by forklift.

(Essentially the car is driven on to a platform, strapped down, and then the platform is carefully loaded onto the trailer by a forklift).

The drop off was very simple, and I tracked the car with an airtag and could see it moving very efficiently.

I dropped it off on Tuesday afternoon, and it was in Perth by Thursday night, and I picked it up Friday morning.

The Pick up was super easy, it was parked undercover inside the warehouse, checked over and it was immaculate, exactly how i dropped it off.

Overall my experience with East West Express was 10/10, from enquiring, getting the quote, communication, payment, drop off and pick up and overall service I would highly recommend this company for any Car transportation or freight from Melbourne to Perth or Vice Versa.

Will definitely use for all my future transportation needs.
