Oh my word. They lied about the MPI. They did not provide items that MPI requested for inspection and I am taking this further. I have reported them to the MPI.

How wish i could give -10 star to this company.
They charged me a whopping amount AUD $2,530 (other agents were charging from 1100-1300 AUD for the same shipment)...they missed my cartons..and kept saying that it is loader's responisibility not ours. (even i do not know who the loaders are) i paid $2530 to ACE Global. Now they are saying your supplier did not load all the cartons into ship and it was missed in Origin..(although i got Bill of Lading of all the cartons from Origin port that they well received all the cartons)....Be aware guys from this company...and avoid them at all cost.....I made a mistake to hire them..you don't....!

The worst company for freight & clearance! Vey unprofessional. I had a 1 line clearance which took them more than 3 weeks to lodge. This is after my shipment took more than 2 months to arrive in Aus from China. Other Suppliers get a turnaround of 3 weeks maximum. You can expect massive and costly delays with this mob. If you use them, expect to be forced to sign-up to an unfair contract which gives them the right to own/hold your goods until you pay anything they want to charge you! They delayed my clearance and then expected me to pay for the delays of $550 per day. My contract was to freight my goods to my door but once my shipment arrived in Aus they forced me to organise my own freight, claiming they didn't have a crane truck. They refused to give me a delivery order so I could get my goods out of the Bonded warehouse until I paid the penalties due to their delays. Seriously awful Chinese staff that barely speak English and have no respect for the law. Don't engage with these people unless you want a headache and unnecessary costly delays.

Had the misfortune of having these cretins ship from China through a manufacturer there. First they tried to charge me over $1700 USD (110.3% of total goods cost) for a dumping fee which didn't apply to the product I imported (store display stands). Then they tried to charge $2600.00 for wharf related fees my shipping agent charges $1,100 for. Eventually when pulled up they reduced this to just over $1,800 or $700 more than my usual shipping agent. I'll make this simple - this mob are either grossly incompetent or (worst case) they are thieves. I'll be reporting them with the appropriate trade bodies for their efforts. Be careful - avoid Ace Global Logistics at all costs. They are crooks!

I should have read the google reviews before my husband associated himself with this company. We would give -0 stars if I could. Don’t work with them.. this is a company that doesn’t like to take responsibility for their own actions. Read the reviews first.

Very very bad service! They scolded us over the phone! The cargo is scheduled to be delivered next week and they want to charge a lot more for delivery as goods r heavy. All shipping and door to door has been paid for by sender overseas but they can't unload manually so how is it door to door service? When they quoted to win the business they knew it was heavy machinery delivery and after goods arrive they try to earn extra this way. Do not use them. I had no problems with other companies only this one.

Would rate minus 100 if there’s the option. So unprofessional and ignored my message deliberately when they caused extra fees for us.
