We have started having problems with a driver that delivered a package to our house 2 weeks ago. He stated the package was left at the back door. The instructions for delivery stated to leave the package in a large pink storage box beside the door. It is labeled with "Please pace parcels here", has weights in it so wind will not blow it around and is on a table. Once he pulled up to the house and saw the dog (also in the instruction information stated she was nice and playful I believe), he threw the dog a treat, waited few seconds tossed the package,then it slid across the cement toward the dog. The dog, I guess though it was a toy because he just did the same thing with a treat. The dog chewed up the package. There were multiple angles on the security cameras that show the interaction with none showing the dog being aggressive. My wife went to UPS to address the issue and was told that the dog was aggressive. The supervisor would not watch the video. He also stated "I hope the driver does not put you down as undeliverable." She had to put in a claim and the sender had to eat the cost but she got her money back. We Fast-forward almost 2 weeks. My wife moved the table and weighed down pink storage with no lid within 4 feet of the edge of the carport where he parked the last time. Since he was good at tossing the last time; he could take 1 to 2 steps out of the truck toss it and be back in. Since then we have received no packages and the packages that were to be delivered are marked LOST. The address is will marked. The driveway is will maintained. And there is plenty of room to turn around. I have not checked the cameras to see if the truck went by on the roadway 2 packages in a row are lost with the 3rd being delivered tomorrow. We'll see if it gets lost also. FEDEX, that also delivers to my house has none of this problems. I wish we had the older gentleman back on our route that is retiring. He care about the customer. He was good. Please place me with someone that can resolve the issues the delivery and I would also like to make a formal complaint. Thank you for your time.

Never seen so many incompetent people. Drivers marks " sorry we missed you" without ever showing up. Dispatch falsified return calls. Customer service has to track them down after I go through multiple people. Needs new management and new drivers. Highly recommend anyone else but UPS. A horse and buggy? A carrier pigeon? Who to blame- the location? Or does it start at the corporate location?

The plan close no reason. Went to see if I could pick up my package they was closed it was very nice day. I have noticed with ups the smallest weather will delay a package

Stupid business hours and stupid delivery service. They caused my package to be delivered late, they just had it sitting at the facility for an entire day and then they are only open from 3pm-6pm Monday thru Friday. And according to the representative I spoke with they don’t even allow you to go pick up the package that they are holding hostage.

I have continuously requested that my packages be discreetly left behind the wall on my front porch and the drivers continue to leave them right in front of my door which is easily accessible to a package thief.

Left an empty envelope missing my tools on my porch... Brilliant. I'm sure the flat envelope weighs the marked 2 lbs.... no way to follow up on the weekend either. Judging by the sarcastic response from ups, to Mrs smith's review, Im not holding my breath for a positive outcome in resolving this. I wish more of the population took pride in thier work and the job they do

A package I expected to be delivered was lost and I called them. They said they would contact the driver and call me back within the hour. They never did. I had to open a claim. Wait 2 days and contact the seller. The seller refunded the order and the money was transferred back to me 7 days after the package was delivered to a wrong address. First time in 13 years UPS messed up. FedEx has done this 1/2 dozen times and USPS at least a dozen times in the same period. UPS is generally the most reliable carrier for me.

Update, my regular driver is making sure this doesn't happen again. Definitely was not him. Best delivery service again.
First, when I get a package from a UPS brown truck or vehicle, best service ever. Always courteous and friendly. Of all the delivery services, UPS has been the best
Unfortunately, when they sub ship, individuals or companies, not so good.
Today, I had a message that my package was delivered at 1:04 pm. I have 24/7 security recording from 2 separate systems. No vehicles near my house or 1/4 mile of road to my house. Filed claim and when I reported no video of vehicles, was told to talk to shipper.
I am disappointed with UPS
