Worst freight service I ever used in my life! There is totally no customer service, no tracking method and delivery day say 9am -9pm cannot give me drivers number for safety reason:).most ridiculous reason I ever heard! There is also no professional staff help in ABF clearance , I did all my documents by myself as request and the staff are keeping asking some ridiculous matériels:) if had a chance I would never use this company !! I paid all freight service fee and I did all the paperwork and little customer service can be find in the proegress. How a company can success like this:) when I see the Google reviews I know I was not the only one. And victim and they charge some no mentioned fee when arrived at their China storage ! So bad ! Ridiculous!terrible!! Learn how to service customers first before running the business!!

I received an email from the delivery company “Austway company” invoice about Custom GST, custom fee and custom clearance total of $534
Does it make sense?!
How can I pay $534 for custom if my total price is less than $1000 ?
I paid more than 50% as custom GST!

Worst company to deal with. Do not use them... they delivered my shipment and just dropped it off blocking my driveway and cars and threatened to take the delivery back if I complained. The order was to deliver to my office, they left it at the front on the footpath blocking the driveway and then wanted to show me their paperwork that they typed up saying curbside when the Waybill and shipment order clearly states delivery to the office... Patrick who I spoke to was rude and screaming at me on the phone threatening to take delivery back to depot. DONT USE THEM....

The worst you might ever experience...
Somehow our supplier chose them and now we're struggling to track our shipment through these rude agents oceans apart as they don't have an actual customer service centre in Aus or NZ.

Not even worth the ONE STAR, but to leave this feedback at least 1 is required.

Use Austway for so long, just want to say thanks to all staffs who helped me before.
They always nice to me, and look after my shipments from overseas.
They always respond quicker than any other companies, and prepare everything before my shipments arrival.
Highly recommend to use Austway Express. I believe you'll be very happy to deal with them.

I couldn't get anymore helpful response from your support team. My package has been stuck in customs for over 2 weeks now (and this has already impacted my business supply chain) and the only thing that my contact from your company could tell me is that customs don't usually provide reasons as to what's holding up a certain package. This has to be a joke, cause I am aware that you have access to ICS where you could see the status and the actions that you'd need to take to get it cleared and released. I've expressed all my frustrations in email and all your company could say is to wait. Me and my supplier got your EXPRESS service as we had timeline requirements for the package, but the way my case is being handled, it appears to me that you even cant commit to your SLAs.

UPDATE: It's been 4 months since I posted my first review (above) and I never received the package. I got so extremely frustrated that I asked my supplier a refund. Avoid this company at all cost! In all emails I sent to this company, there was never a tone of apology that I sensed, it was always "it's with customs, there's nothing we can do".

Our first experience with them was lost stock for 2 months . The stock ended up in Queensland .
Next experience they want to charge $175 holding cost per day as they were reaching out to the wrong email address .
Do not use these people please
Not only do they lose your stock and threaten to burn your holding stock they don’t even talk to you by phone to keep you updated .
Very disappointing but what do you expect from dishonest company and unreliable and doesn’t take no responsibility.
We have even offered to pay half of the holding stock that they claim for .
Please do not use this company
They don’t even have a simple contact phone number like they have in Hong Kong and China .
