I had an extremely negative experience with this broker. They showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism. They failed to adhere to our agreed payment terms, paying me significantly less than what was promised. To make matters worse, after the payment issues, they blocked my phone numbers and have been unresponsive for months. I would strongly advise against working with this broker as they clearly do not honor their commitments and are difficult to communicate with.

Hello. My name is Tanya from Gurbani trans Llc . We works with them before everything was perfect . We did load last week . It was three pick and 1 drop . Second pick loads late and we couldn’t pick third one it was Friday . So we have to wait till Monday to load . We inform every step and they were responding it . We delivered load . we keep requesting layover but after delivery they stop taking calls and no response to email . From last 5 days either they hang up on me or not reply my email . They keep saying they did follow up . Today someone said we don’t know how long it will take but they sent the follow up they replied . Now it’s making me believe they don’t want to pay .from last 6-7 years never put review but now m mad coz they are treating me completely differently and ignoring and it’s not fair to carriers . Hopefully this will reach the owner of the company and they should look into this matter .

I had very bad experience with this broker. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. The load i had with them was overweight (3000lb more than what was on the rates confirmation) which didn't want to for the difference. Also, at the reciever, I had to pay for the gate fee from my packet. Then, I was detained for along time which I didn't get paid for. They said that was scheduled for the day before what the broker posted on the rc. Finally, after I was unloaded, I found out the receiver made a mess in my trailer. They threw some dirty in. I took the trailer to wash out but the broker did not want to reimburse for it. Not to mention, when I talked to one of them on the phone, he screamed at me.
