Wahrscheinlich ein guter Unternehmen, wenn es keine Probleme gibt. Wenn allerdings ein Problem bei der Sendung auftritt, ist der Service miserabel. Für den schlechten Service des Subunternehmers (außer bei der schlechten Auswahl) mag das Unternehmen nur bedingt verantwortlich sein.
Aber als gutes Unternehmen erwartet den Versuch einer Problemlösung und wenigstens eine Entschuldigung, da man der zahlende Kunde ist.
Dieses ist bei dieser Firma leider Fehlanzeige. Service wirklich miserabel. Keine Versuche das Problem zu lösen.

Sono stata da logistics 2 volte per spedizioni in Australia dove abita mia figlia.ho trovato ragazze dire educate e gentili è riduttivo.i ragazzi che curano gli imballi attenti ad ogni problema.ottimo il servizio.speroche questo tipo di personale così educato ed efficiente venga remunerato come spetta e non come spesso si fa in Italia e che il loro contratto di lavoro sia consono al servizio che queste persone danno.grazie di tutto è un buon Natale
