The staff was great!! Very friendly, helpful and attentive. We love the fact they are family owned. The owner was there and she was very respectful. We ended up not needing the truck and made sure to cancel ahead of time to be sure somebody coming behind us could. Thank you for running a smooth and respectful business.

I was having trouble with a trailer I rented in Fresno, CA. It had a bad tire and a cracked rim. I called customer service to see what could be done. I babied it for another hour to Kingman, AZ. The guys, Justin and Jason, were amazing! They gave me a new trailer and we're very helpful! They could not allow the old trailer to go off the lot. They took pictures and told me I'd be compensated for the trouble. Awesome service, thanks!

The all in all service was great. The one who cashed us out and took care of our transaction was very helpful. On the other hand, the equipment manager guy had been very unprofessional. He was rude and uptight, he pretty much hushed my friend and I because we were trying to explain something to him that he didn’t know and then when we tried explaining were told “no ganging up” on him… as someone who has worked with customers and in customer service that is not how you handle a customer.

We reserved a car trailer at Styles AZ in Lake Havasu City first, but that location never opened or answered a phone or bothered to be a satisfactory business in any way. I then called the uhaul location in Kingman on Andy Devine way and the lady I spoke to was super helpful and apologetic about the location in Havasu. She found a car trailer at the Stockton Hill location and made sure the reservation was confirmed. The people at the Stockton Hill location were professional and friendly.

These people like to charge honest and loyalty customers for miles that we don’t use and they act like they don’t how to a reimbursement to customers bad place to rent vehicles and boxes and other stuffs that they have
