I must say that this is by far the absolute greatest company and crew when it comes to moving. When it comes to being careful polite and diligent these folks are the best if the best. You can not go wrong in having them move you for local or long distance. They were so polite, helpful and efficient in everyway possible.

This company was so bad I filed complaints with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. So far they have been non-responsive to the complaints. They breached the contract delivery date, stored my belongings in a dingy military warehouse without my prior knowledge and couldn’t find a driver for 18 days. Many damaged, broken and missing items. My furniture looked like it was hurled into the truck in a malicious way with no regard for protecting it. Expensive wood furniture was not wrapped for protection. Please refer to my full complaint on BBB before you consider this company! If this company replies by saying a resolution is in progress, don’t believe it! They have not reached out to me at all!

Hudson, Ricky and Bobby did a great job, very friendly and professional, secured product in trailer to move safely in transit, loaded and unloaded furniture with great care and detail to keep furniture dings and scratches. Jack Jacobs has done an outstanding job at the front-end planning for our move to Minnesota. The quote was prepared immediately, he was available by phone and email for answering questions. He was able to arrange for some initial boxes for early packing, and he has been very helpful in logistics for the timing of our move.

Everybody who worked with me was wonderful and communicative throughout the entire process. There was an issue with the van, where all of my things needed to be moved to a different vehicle, but even with this, they resolved the issue promptly and kept me in the loop. My loading and delivery drivers were all efficient and professional.
