I am only on my first month with them
But they were beyond friendly and their prices were good for what you get.

I was able to set up a unit same day and move things into it. Very thankful for them! I’ll update my review to a 5 star after a few month at this location but my first impressions are fantastic.

Nice caring staff who keep your RV secured. We had our Beast in covered space which kept it protected from the sun and other elements of nature.

Voicemail left on 7/14/19 stating that there was an emergency at our storage unit. Called back and our call went to voicemail. Called again on Monday, 7/15 and was told there had been a fire. We gave our unit number and were told that we were probably ok since the fire had been at the other end of the complex. They stated that everything was locked down because the fire department was investigating, but we should come in during the week to make sure our stuff was ok. We got another voicemail on Friday, 7/19, asking if we wanted some of our stuff thrown away. We went in the the unit on Saturday, 7/20, to find that our entire unit was destroyed by a fire that appears to have started in the unit next to ours. Not only are we upset about the loss of many thousands of dollars in valuables, but in our opinion, the customer service we got during this tragic event was horrible. We now have to spend time in 100+ weather (we are both in our 70's) trying to sift thought things before they get tossed.

Met manager Theresa a couple months ago and she was pleasantly nice to speak to. Came back about a month later and spoke to a Mary who was also nice. I finally came in to rent an RV space and Thresa was so helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs, feel free to say I sent you.

The ladies at ALCSS really are a great pair of ladies with a great since of humor.
They were very nice, very welcoming and made me feel like family.
They took care of my storage needs at very little notice.
Great place and greater staff!
