Absolutely love this place. The owners are nice, the hours open are good and the facility is kept clean. The owners do daily walk through and noticed my lock on wrong first thing that morning. My things were unlocked the whole night, and I got the call not long after office hours. Super safe facility ?

Larry and Robin are an absolute pleasure to work with! Very helpful, very attentive, and absolutely the best to work with! Found a spot that I needed for the price that was the best in town for my trailer and I’ll probably be back to store my stuff from another storage facility here just because of these two!

The couple that lives on-site and runs it is wonderful! They are friendly and helpful and keep the place neat and tidy. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is I don't think that it is right that they raise the rates after 3 months. This is on the higher ups, not the people running it.

We came here in the searing heat and they wouldn't even let us come in while they ate their lunch. Couldn't get to our stuff for a half hour. Sitting in the car waiting for them to finish their lunch so that we can go get our stuff that we pay them to house. Total lack of care about customer service. Seems like every time we pull up the sign says we'll be back in an hour.

Honestly, safety, cleanliness and convenience-wise, this place was great for us for several years. Aside from only having access from 7-7, which was sometimes a pain, we didn't have any issues. Then, the price started to rise. Every other month it was going up. We now pay $147 for a small unit (it was $117 in June 2022, and in the 80s, I think, when we started). Odd, since the medium unit advertised on their website isn't even that much. We need to look elsewhere now, unfortunately. There are much cheaper places to rent from. We could buy all new stuff every year for the price we are currently paying to store there.

Friendly staff and lovely conversation. Larry and Robin made us feel secure in their ability to maintain the storage facilities. You can tell that the facilities themselves are well kept and clean. I highly recommend this business!
