They did have what I was looking for. It took a lot of multiple times, asking Jaime for help. She was more concerned about ducking off in the back isle eating food than helping me locate the item. I picked up the trash off of the floor, she continued to walk over. I also picked up packs of zip ties off the floor near the register. I didn't get a thank you, so I said you're welcome. Still no thank you, just a grunt. I attempted to have a light friendly conversation. I told her they know me well at the harbor freight, since my mother was killed after being attacked by two German Sheppards and I've been renovating her house. She proceeded to grunt and then said, "okay". I told her that her instruction to the tool I needed was vague and didn't understand. She didn't take that feedback other than insulting me. Not a friendly smile. Not an open energy. Very disconnected. Extremely incapable of any emotion. Not a friendly woman at all. I don't understand how she's a senior manager being she lacks the skills required to be in a position of customer service. I guess it just shows that you no longer need to be highly qualified for the position. You only need to be willing to show up.

OK HF store. They are in the smaller side and do not carry as much stock as the city stores. The tool quality has been improving over the years with most equal to Craftsman and the Icon brand equal to Snap-on. For most people these tools will do an acceptable job.

The store was clean and organized. I was walking around looking for what I needed. A team member asked if I needed help and I certainly did. She took me right to the tool I had been looking for. I only walked past it twice. LOL. Thank you for being great team Harbor Freight!

First time at this Harbor Freight. I think that whatever business model they use should be taught to most other stores, no matter what they sell. Especially walmart!
Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and not in that fake way, and quick. Talk about efficiency and it done right. Everyone there deserves a raise in my book.
I bought a generator and with three people employed there, the questions were answered even a hypothetical one. I was rung up, and during that half minute I was asked a logical question which found I needed one more item and they even brought it to my car and loaded it. My back is greatful and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Amazing.
When everyone in the world acts like a bunch of idiots take a break and get some "how it's supposed to be time" at Harbor Freight.

The skinny guy with the glasses was very rude and didn't want to help me. I was trying to figure out how to get an item that was out of stock and he didn't want to help me at all. Don't bother bringing your business here because they don't want it. Ended up going down to the 3329 E Bell location, where Jerry helped me with best customer service and was able to order the out of stock item I was looking for in the exact color I wanted.

1 and done at this store. Went in 25 mins prior to close. Had a worker standing at the door telling every person coming in ( all 2 of is) they were closing in 25 mins. Said ok, thanks, just needed to look at the generators. Hadn't been in there 5 mins when another worker approached, didn't NOTvask if he could help or if we had questions, just wanted to tell us they close in 20mins. No kidding. Heard that somewhere before. Cool. Left and purchased my new generator from home depot.

Customer service was outstanding. The manager goes out of her way to see that you find what you need, answers any and all of my questions and doesn't make me feel like I'm bothering her. Will shop here again.

Love this place just open recently. Thank goodness have to drive all the way to Glendale from Cave Creek. However, it's very expensive for a man. So many things you could have or want. Before you know it, you spend your home life salary. Lol
