Noodles and Company is one of our favorites but skip the Beaver Dam location. The employees don’t even try to wait on you. They are busy with Online and takeout orders. We waited ten minutes at the register to order. Employees made eye contact with us but did not acknowledge us. When the young lady came to finally take our order we seemed more like a burden. Then if you pay by credit card they ask for a tip. What a bunch of nonsense that is! Our food didn’t take that long and it was good. Every table was still dirty from the lunch hour (we ate at 4:30 pm). This restaurant could be five stars with proper staff that was trained, tables that could easily be wiped off, and even if they just apologized for the wait it would go a long way!

*Beaver Dam WI location* Really disappointing customer service from management. We got an online order where I asked for feta instead of Parmesan cheese on my dish. Meal came with the wrong cheese, and the same problem happened the last time we tried to order online. So I reached out with feedback about the order being wrong. I pointed out that we also got silverware even when we said we didn't need it, and the Assistant General Manager who responded focused on that with a snarky paragraph explaining that they always ignore that request, and barely acknowledged that the order itself was wrong and it was a repeat mistake. While I usually like the food it's not worth the rude management.

It was so delicious! I love Noodles and Company as always, but this place is just as good! Never thought it would be like any other, but this proved me wrong!

Absolutely awful customer service. Waited to have our order taken for 15 minutes without a single employee looking at the line of people. Staff complained verbally the whole time about working there. Watched staff sneeze on their hand, wipe at their nose with the same hand, and prepare food directly after with no hand washing.

Visit started being ignored by the two employees. After five minutes, one of them came to take my order. She didn’t smile or say hello. She just said “what do you want?” Whatever they could’ve been busy with online orders. But the food came out somehow undercooked, cold, and burnt. The broccoli was bitter. Super disappointed.

The noodles here were fantastic. My Uber driver canceled on me last minute as a place was closed and they were cleaning up. They still let me come and pick up my food very kind and I’ll definitely be back.

Wasn't too busy when I ordered. Took a BIT longer then I thought. When I got home, it looked plain, noodles and chicken. I ordered the Alfredo parmesion chicken, but when I stirred it there was mushrooms, tomatoes, and spinach. Could have used a bit more sauce. Was dry. HOWEVER! The flavor was fantastic.
