After thinking that I was going to have to wait until monday to pick up my gun and attempting to contact the company by multiple calls and emails. I was promptly contacted to rectify the situation. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the prompt response as online, and on the phone, it says on saturdays they are open until 4 pm. Jessica and Bryan both contacted me and explained that this is a specialized business, and they dont always man the building, so an appointment is needed to pick up your items to ensure someone is there when you arrive. Jessica came back to the shop so I could get my gun without delay.
