I had an emergency where my Walk-In Cooler went down and could get an immediate service, I called North Country Medical Courier on Saturday; few minutes later, I get a call back from Bobby, she understood my situation and she knew that I was in desperate need for Dry Ice. She met us at the office and provided all the Dry Ice needed. I thought that was very nice from Bobby to come in on her day off for help. Excellent friendly service. Bobby initially helped advise me by phone on the best way to ship frozen food. Once I was able to visit her facility in person, she helped me select proper packaging, then she helped pack my items in dry ice and get it sealed up. I was able to easily go drop the package off at UPS. Thank you for all of your expertise and above-and-beyond service!!
