Ok so on a Saturday they do not have an open lobby alright whatever. So I went through the drive through which was open. I asked to get a money order or cashiers check(for purchasing a vehicle). The women who as I assume is newer by the looks of it had talked to someone next to her and she had told me she can’t give me one due to the “vault being closed” which I don’t understand why that even matters. Im not asking for cash. It’s a piece of paper which should have nothing to do with a the vault being closed. I will be taking my money and closing my accounts on Monday.
