I ordered a prom dress for my daughter waiting patiently for her to use , then you guys messaged me the last day of the delivery that delivery ? wasn’t successful which wasn’t delivered. After contacting seller, she or he then said it’s on the way coming . Then this afternoon 5/8/2024 I received alert that package has been delivered which is not true for i am always home . And no body brought any package yo me . Am very disappointed , am angry and I need some answers i want to know where my package is and the kind of service you guys are offering is horrible and fraudulent service. Now my daughter prom dress no where to be found .

So whoever delivered my package came at 1030 at night took a pic and left. Only thing is they left it in a high volume location. The lobby. My package was stolen. Why they didn't call me on the intercom to let them up idk. This is unacceptable

Wow! This company is really horrible. Yesterday two of my packages said it arrived. But when I got to open my door, my package wasn’t there. Then this morning, my third package came and one of my neighbors said your package was all the way down to the hallway. Thankfully she knocked at the door, and I received that package. I’m not taking this negative comment down because I saw the reviews lol. Please use UPS, Lasership, Dhl and FedEx. But not this company lol.

Horrible!!! I’ve been trying to get in contact with the company for 3 days ! It said my package had the wrong address. Which is not true .. you can’t speak to anyone it’s impossible!

I ordered $35 worth of items from temu, online it says delivered. However they never delivered. Temu has now lost as a customer. I am very disappointed in the service. I have also tried to call their toll free number and no one picks up. Disgusting!

If these are the people that deliver for SHEIN, they are terrible. They’ve been holding my package since the 3rd of Jan and have not updated me.
If you don’t deliver for SHEIN than this message does not apply to you.
