Hello, I can say that my experience was very successful, I was looking and looking and when I met John my search ended.

At first I wasn't totally sure because I didn't know him, nor did I have any reference, I had only seen him on the street easy page and we know that in these times there are many scammers, but thank God this was not the case, everything I talked about with John also came out and now I'm super happy with my apartment.

100% would return and recommend to my friends. The apartment hunt in NYC is brutal right now- it’s easy to put a deposit down to reserve an apartment only to lose it to another agency’s client. My partner and I were in despair but finding John was a godsend. He made it easy with his transparency about what could happen throughout the application process and directed us towards other units that were even better than what we reached out for. Within a week of reaching out to Devoted, we were sitting in our new apartment. Do yourself a favor and ditch the other guys

I used this real estate agency as a landlord to fill some vacancies I had. Over the course of 2-3 years I started having issues with all 4 tenants they brought me. Different issues all at different times. They brought me two tenants who should have never passed a background check. One tenant had multiple recent criminal charges in a different state and the other had stopped paying after moving in. She was a mentally unstable resident who requested we come into the apartment to fix a leak and then became physically aggressive. Stay far away from them. They are not thorough and just care about making money and now I have to not only worry about my safety, but also the tenants living around her.

I love this agency. Words cannot describe how happy I am with this agency and with the people who work there. I was really struggling to find an apartment that works for me, and at a price that was reasonable. I was getting really discouraged until Devoted Real Estate reached out to me via an app I was using for my search.

This place is absolutely amazing.

I was starting to become a bit disheartened as my apartment search for a place within my price range was starting to look a bit out of reach.

I initially reached out to Devoted in search of a studio apartment. I saw some of the postings online and applied for one of the apartments but unfortunately, it was taken already. Then I received a phone call from John, one of the Realtors at the office.

I spoke with John and he let me know that they may have other apartments within that price range and to stop down at the office to take a look.

Overall, I worked with Devoted for about a week and found an amazing apartment. Not only were we able to close a deal in a week, but it was also an upgrade from a studio to a 1BR at the same price tag.

Honest,polite, and professional. Absolutely fantastic service -- 10/10. I will definitely be looking forward to working with John and Moe again in the future if needed.

Apartment hunting is definitely no walk in the park. I've been looking for an apartment for about a year. There were a lot of frog like apartments out there... I believe I've seen over 50 apartments. And then *POOF* - on Monday night I contacted Devoted Realty on Naked Apartments' site. I got a call from John on Tuesday afternoon, saw the apartment two hours after the call, fell in LOVE with the apartment, and that was the end of my endless apartment viewings. I was approved within a day and was able to sign the lease today.

Working with John has been a pleasure. He is patient and willing to answer all my questions. I probably asked him 100 questions today! This is the first time I haven't felt anxious about moving. John made sure I was prepared and always answered my texts within a few minutes.

I had the pleasure meeting Mo today and I have to say that my impression of these two gentlemen is that they are respectful, patient, and pretty awesome. I definitely recommend working with them to find your next perfect dream home. I haven't told them this yet, but I've already given my colleague their info!!
