Semi-horrible experience. The young lady who takes the photo was very nice, patient, and curteous; the editior and owner of the establishment was impatient, unprofessional, and needs training on customer service skills. I did get a refund for the service when there's a no return policy in place but I would have preferred my baby girls birthday pictures in the manner that was agreed upon.

Unprofessional, don't know how to talk to people over the phone, this is what happen. We started talking on messenger so, I ask the person for his name so I can make an appointment with them in person for a wedding shooting, I don't believe in doing business over the phone without knowing who am I speaking to, he wouldn't want to say his name, he blocked me on his Facebook page while talking to him. Imagine I was following them for a while now cause I thought they were good so I wanted to book them. So I thought Facebook was having a problem that's why I couldn't send any more messages. I decided to call, I was talking to him calm and respectful I wasn't sure it was the same person on Facebook, explain to him I was just talking to someone a minute ago, maybe they misunderstood me somehow and tell him what I really needed him for, but in order to put him on my schedule with my client I'll need a name, would you please tell me your name. He says something like that, but rudely "you don't need my name and hang up on me". 🤔 I'm still not sure what just happen, the first time that happens to me as a wedding planner. I could have understood if he told me he doesn't want to do business with me so I could have found a way better person to do the job, but not acting that way. Very disrespectful. He doesn't deserve my star at all.

Needs a major upgrade or update on props and Camera the camera stopped working at least five time during the process of the shoot and the props I just annoying you have to hold them while you post for your pic so I believe it needs a total up date all around but he is good people
