I had a terrible experience with Shippigo. I recharged my wallet with Rs. 500, yet every time I try to place an order, it asks me to recharge my wallet again. Despite contacting customer service multiple times and even calling their support number, I received no response. These were my first orders for my business, and this issue has caused unnecessary stress. I wouldn’t recommend tying up with this company if you value reliability and customer support.

They are not responding clearly to our queries, we are the seller and register to there account but we are facing the worst service from almost 1 year, whatever the return shipment they don't return to us and after 20days with lot of follow-up they will initiate RTO which is useless, and the damage or the lost product they don't even reimburse the amount even after giving the proof. they come out with new rules and regulations.

Worst service ever i will never recommend to anyone.

If you're a seller please don't not register in their portal.

Worst courier service!!

it been 5 days since my parcel has arrived in my city and yet no delivery what kind of business model is this!? The package contains books for my exam prep and no one can replace the lost time for me!!
Such companies should be banned from providing services

Worst courier service

They are not responding clearly to my queries. My 2 parcels are not delivered since 13 days and daily the customer service agent says they will deliver today regularly. Now one parcel is RTO and for the other one there is no update yet. Being a business owner these type of acts makes it more complicated. I wish I won’t have added some big amount in the wallet

The girl on the other side of phone always says that Sir will be back in 10 minutes, you can call and talk to him but whenever I do, they are not even bothered to answer.

Please consider this as your alert for not using shippigo, they have the worst service qnd worst customer care.

My 500 gram parcel shows weight discrepancy of 9 kg parcel, how is this even possible. I am done with this courier service

Worst delivery service! No proper service no proper response! They take more than 4 days to even pickup the order within Chennai! When i asked the refund they said they can’t do anything! How’s that even possible they definitely can refund the money from their end ! Such a scam

False weight discrepancies were sent to me and even after I showed proof (photos of parcel with weighing scale) that those were false and also created tickets for the issues, no one from Shippigo helped me and directly deducted ₹2000 from my Shippigo wallet. THIEVES. CHEATERS.
