Had an appointment scheduled (won’t say which day)@ 9am showed up at 8:55 door was locked. I waited until 9:45 still no one showed up. I just would thank you all for not showing up, because the frustration that caused lead me to learning how to file my own taxes for free both federal and state online. So just wanted to say thank you and hope y’all have a wonderful day.

I have been going to H&R block for 3 years. The first visit was terrible. I posted about it. I was persuaded to give them another try I did in 2023, and it went great. This year, it was not good back to the same problems with no one being able to help me with no one in the office. Will not ever go back again!!
The only good thing was meeting Faye Aker very nicely and professional

Barbra, the lady who did mine was awesome! She knew what she was doing & made it very understanding and helpful. Other reps were even coming to her for help. I would def recommend using her out of the rest cause she clearly knew what she was doing and not just winging it!

At first it was great. But when I needed help getting in touch with someone that would help me find out why I haven't received my refund. She said it wasn't up to them to help. !!
