What the H3!!?
Does UPS not like Customers any more?
Who is the brain dead person at Corporate who decided to no longer interact with customers..... personally?
I am becoming irritated with the stupid phone system that doesn't care that my delivery keeps NOT BEING DELIVERED!!!
When I finally get a Human on the phone, they speak with such a strong accent, I can't understand them and all they keep doing is reading off a boilerplate script, and they read it so fast I can't understand them!!
When I go to a "UPS Store" and ask for help, they tell me that they are only "Contractors" and I need to call UPS!
So I go to the "UPS ACCESS POINT LOCKER" and they no longer allow customers there anymore!!

Day one: I was out back and did not know the truck was here but I am told that a Signature is required!
Yesterday, the second day waiting for delivery, I watched the UPS truck in my neighborhood drive past my house TWICE.
There is a signature card on my front door!
DELIVER MY PACKAGE!!
Or at least TALK TO ME!
Your website is not very intuitive.
People, need to TALK to people. THAT is how Business is done.

Shutting down our local UPS store just to cut costs is an incredibly shortsighted decision. This location provided essential services to the community, and its closure is a major inconvenience for residents and businesses alike. Prioritizing profits over accessibility shows a clear disregard for loyal customers. Extremely disappointing. I will be conducting my business with FedEx from now on.

Sad to see our local UPS customer center close. It’s been such a reliable part of the community. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. Huge thanks to them for their hard work over the years. Why close it though? Disappointing. 🙁

There is a small outdoor drop box, but this location is no longer open to the public. I tried to call the number listed and an automated system picked up for some kind of ATM service.
